There's a Situation at the Jersey Shore

Although the store created a t-shirt that showed the words “The Fitchuation”, his lawsuit ultimately failed and was dubbed no violation of any trademark infringements. Aside from injury to his business reputation, Sorrentino also filed suit for misappropriation of trademark likeness.
