Arizona Mother Released from Mexican Prison

An American woman who was imprisoned in Mexico on drug smuggling charges has been freed. The Arizona mother had been on a bus trip to Mexico with her husband when police pulled the bus over and searched it finding 12 pounds of marijuana under the husband’s bus seat. When the woman asked to accompany her husband to jail to serve as a translator, she was then arrested and he was released.
