ACLJ Lawsuit Represents 41 Groups Claiming Constitutional Rights Violation

The American Center for Law and Justice has 41 organizations being represented in a lawsuit arguing that the Obama Administration was in violation of the constitution by targeting these groups for their political beliefs. According to the suit, these groups had applications delayed, were asked for sensitive information without cause and asked to disclose information about donors and even sensitive Internet passwords. A pro-life group claims they were targeted because of their opposition to abortion.
