Actor Gerard Depardieu Convicted of DUI

Actor Gerard Depardieu has been found guilty of DUI in Paris. The actor had to pay a fine and his license was suspended. The actor had been riding a scooter in November, 2012 and fell off of it. When police arrived at the scene, the actor smelled like alcohol and became irate. His attorney claimed Depardieu only consumed one glass of champagne hours before he drove, but the actor’s blood alcohol content was 1.8.
