Arizona Man Erroneously Arrested for Drunk Driving Files Suit

An Arizona man who was arrested for DUI in Fresno, California has filed suit against the city claiming the police who pulled him over did so because he was African American. Turns out, his blood alcohol content was zero, yet the officer claimed he failed the field sobriety test. Police claim the man had blood shot eyes to which Jesse Thornton replied he had been swimming at a nearby fitness center.
