Actress Amanda Bynes Claims Sexual Harassment by a Police Officer

Actress Amanda Bynes denies any wrongdoings in her latest arrest and has alleged sexual harassment against the officer who arrested her for possession of marijuana. The actress apparently threw a bong out the window when police entered the residence. The actress was released on her own recognizance and Internal Affairs is investigating the allegation. Bynes also claims she was denied access to her attorney after her arrest.
