A father and son duo suspected of heading a rhinoceros horn poaching ring in the US have been sentenced. An 18 month investigation uncovered the rhino horn trafficking and the pair were sentenced to pay $10,000 in fines as well as back taxes along with sentences of more than 40 months in prison. The traffickers also bribed officials who had initially stopped the horn shipment into the US. More than $2 million in cash was seized during the arrest.
