J. Lo Production Company Target of Former Employee Law Suit

Jennifer Lopez’s company Nuyorican Productions is targeted in a lawsuit by former employee Brian Schornak. Schornak alleges that he was unfairly ousted from his senior executive position by famed Hollywood producer Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas. The suit claims Goldsmith-Thomas was hired by the mega-star, who started to demote and berate Schornak, and then accuse him of theft before his termination. Goldsmith-Thomas is not personally named in the suit.
