Former Dora the Explorer Star Loses Appeal

Former actress of the children’s television show Dora the Explorer lost her appeal to try to overrule a settlement awarded to her in 2010. The actress, who agreed to a settlement of $500,000 of a $10 million dollar lawsuit, claims her attorney at the time pressured her into accepting the settlement. After taxes and attorney fees, the actress claims she was left with almost nothing.
