Scrubs Actor Donald Faison Allegedly Withholds Commission from Agents

United Talent Agency is suing actor Donald Faison of the comedy Scrubs for failing to pay a contracted 10 percent commission on his earnings from the show. Faison allegedly stopped paying commission in season 9. The lawsuit claims that Faison also withheld commission from a pilot called The Law. The agents are requesting damages of more than $70,000 claiming breach of contract and other allegations.
