Rachael Ray Show Sued by Teenage that was Over Weight

The Rachael Ray Show has recently been sued by a teenager who agreed to take part in the show’s segment on overweight youths. Christina Pagliarolo, weighing approximately 260 pounds before the show, has charged that the brutality of the training sessions inflicted serious injuries to her legs. Pagliarolo is suing for negligence as well as the intentional infliction of emotional distress.
