Teacher fired for giving student a Bible to look up a quote, Sues

Walt Tutka, a former teacher in New Jersey, is suing for discrimination against on religious grounds. Tutka was fired after giving a Bible as a gift to a student (later returned) after the student expressed an interest in where a particular quote came from. District officials hold that it was against district policies.
