Producers reach a settlement on "Spiderman - Turn Off the Dark"

The producers and former director of the trouble-plagued ‘Spiderman – Turn Off the Dark’ production on Broadway have reached a settlement out of court. Details have not been released, but each side has expressed satisfaction with the settlement and they will not be proceeding to a meeting in court.
