Bomb Scare at

A man has been arrested after a bomb scare at a Hooters restaurant in the Hollywood region of Los Angeles, California. According to reports, the suspect entered the restaurant and clearly stated that he had an explosive device. The man left the device inside the building and exited, then was apprehended by police. According to the suspect, the entire incident was meant as a joke.
