Lawsuits Result from Explosion at West Texas Fertilizer Plant

More than 140 residences or commercial properties, including a school and an apartment complex, were destroyed in an explosion that wreaked havoc in Texas on April 17, 2013. Adair Grain, Inc. Owner of West Fertilizer, faces suits for their responsibility in the explosion that allegedly caused insurmountable damages to plaintiffs. Fifteen people died as a result of the blast and more than 200 people were injured.
