Pop singer Katy Perry is involved in a countersuit against a company that is using her images and her name to endorse hair products even though the singer has not received the agreed-upon compensation. The company, Jemella Group, LTD paid the singer for the deal; however, attorneys for Perry claim that an additional agreement was in effect. The company allegedly continues to use Perry as a brand ambassador.
