Todd Harrell of "3 Doors Down" caused a Fatal Accident

The bassist of popular band “3 Doors Down”, Todd Harrell, failed a field sobriety test after clipping another vehicle while driving. The driver of the other vehicle was not wearing a seat belt and, after it flipped over an embankment, the driver perished. Harrell admitted to drinking hard cider and was found to be in possession of a variety of drugs, including some hidden in his socks.
