Man Shot by Barney Creator's Son Lawsuit

Sheryl Leach, creator of the popular children’s show “Barney & Friends”, is being sued by Eric Shanks for negligence. Shanks claimed that he was attacked in February by Leach’s son, Patrick Leach, and has stated that Sheryl Leach should not have allowed Patrick to be within reach of a gun due to his violent tendencies. Patrick was released on bond, and has pled Not Guilty to the charge.
