Employees of Russell Stover Candies, who claimed they were erroneously labeled as sales representatives, filed a wage-and-hour Federal suit against the company. Due to the sales representative title, the employees of the Missouri-based organization were exempt from overtime pay. One worker claimed her duties primarily included manual labor for which she received no overtime, although she worked more than 40 hours regularly.
