As I Lay Dying Singer Charged with Hiring Hit Man

Singer Tim Lambesis has been arrested for allegedly hiring a hit man to kill his wife. Detectives received a tip about the alleged crime which prompted them to arrest the singer in Oceanside while he was shopping. Lambesis and his wife were estranged and she lived in Encinitas. The band was nominated for a Grammy in 2008 and has produced several albums.
