Movie Producer Sues Stalker Ex-Boyfriend

The producer of the movie Scream has filed charges against an ex-boyfriend who allegedly planted a GPS on her vehicle and spyware on her computer to track her whereabouts. The defendant, Derrick Toole, apparently broke into the offices of Marianne Maddalena to illegally intercept her communications, passwords and other private data. Toole also began sending bogus emails pretending to be Maddalena which is how the situation was discovered.
