California Man Sentenced to 8 Years for Selling Counterfeit Disney Merchandise

A California man charged with importing fake collectible Disney pins from China and then selling the merchandise online has been sentenced to eight years in a state prison. Larry James Allred has two prior convictions, one for rape and another for rape and kidnapping. He will have to pay back more than $200,000 in restitution. Allred’s partner was sentenced to serve one year in jail and three years on probation.
